Refund Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once an order is confirmed, Shree Radhey will accept return or refund requests in the below situations.

In case of a Damaged product

Shree Radhey needs to be notified of the damaged product within 5 days from the delivery date via email to srdfpushkar@gmail.com.

In the email, order number, image of invoice, Complete outer box image, 2 clear images of damaged product to be sent.

The email will be responded to within 24-48 hrs and full assistance will be provided thereafter.

In case of a Missing and Damaged product

Shree Radhey needs to be notified of missing or damaged products within 5 days from the delivery date via email to srdfpushkar@gmail.com

In the email, order number, image of invoice, Complete outer box image, 2 clear images of damaged product to be sent.
